Our communities offer a range of home types including Single Family homes, Duplex/Semi-detached homes, and Townhouses. You can filter floor plans by type on each community page to find the style that fits your needs.

Each community showcases available floor plans with details on bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and starting prices. You can view PDF floor plans (a quick registration unlocks the download), browse photo galleries for each plan, take a 3D virtual tour, and request a showing directly from the floor plan card.

You can book a private tour in three ways: use the “Book a Tour” button in the header or on any community page, request a showing directly from a floor plan card, or visit our contact page. Pick a date and time that works for you and the community specialist will confirm your appointment.

Yes. Each floor plan card has a “Book Showing” button that opens a booking form pre-filled with that plan’s details. The community specialist will arrange a showing of that specific model for you.

The interactive Buyer Guide is a step-by-step timeline that walks you through the entire new home buying journey — from community selection and builder negotiations to construction monitoring and your final walkthrough. You can unlock it from any community page or the agent section.
